À propos de l'auteur

Détails

In these unprecedented times of pestilence, we have all felt its affliction in one form or another. The loss of loved ones—succumbing to its grip in isolation. The constant fear of contracting its crippling venom, on and outside of the Frontline battlefield. Which is heightened, when living in an epicenter. And, the fear of what lies in store for us with each viral wave that ripples away.

The author, who is currently based in one such epicenter, Montreal, Quebec, for some twenty-five years now, was born in 1961 in a small Northwestern Ontario town on the shores of Lake Superior.

During his mid-teens, his mother re-married and moved to the province of Quebec. He continued his education while learning French and went on to attend an ESL Teaching program at the Universite de Sherbrooke. It is here that his passion for writing evolved. Encouraged by two amazing Professors, Mr. Avrum Malus for Poetry and Verse and Mr. Jean Vigneault for Creative and Professional Writing, they taught him the art of expressing feelings and imagination onto paper. Sadly, though each has departed this earth, with Mr. Vigneault in early 2019, they will never be forgotten.

Their inspiration accompanied him throughout his professional career, and continue to do so today, as reflected in this book.
